  I hate leaving negative comments, however when a company doesn't keep its word then I have to voice my opinion. First, Stacy is very nice and friendly. Now to the bad. My wife and I went in on Thursday and bought a washer and dryer set. They delivered them on Friday. Well, when he connected the dryer he did not connect a vent hose. When he connected the water hoses, he did not wrap the threads with teflon tape causing them to leak from the wall and the machine. Apparently he failed to even verify the washer was working properly because the first time my wife turned the washer on, it left a huge puddle of water under the washer. So, I called them bedore work at 3 pm. Stacy said the owner would call back. He called after 5 pm and asked for pics of the washer so he could find another similar one and stated he would be here on Saturday. Well it is almost 3:30 pm and no owner and he doesn't answer his phone.
